Whether personally or professionally, there are many reasons why we seek counselling / psychotherapy as a way to address some of the difficult thoughts, feelings or emotions that we experience. Some of those reasons are listed above.

Many of these thoughts, feelings and emotions are about life experiences, memories and specific situations from the past or the present. They can also be about challenges we may face in the future or about difficulty we have with certain relationships either at home or at work.

In our personal lives, we can benefit from counselling / psychotherapy to help explore these thoughts, feelings and emotions and this can help us to stop their impact upon our lives being negative or problematic.

In our professional lives, we can benefit from counselling / psychotherapy to help us with our relationships with colleagues, with the ever changing demands that we face or with our feelings about ourselves and the jobs we do.
